However, can we kindly ask you pay attention to a couple of things when you receive your order?
Firstly, we’d be grateful if you took special care when trying items on whilst deciding if you are going to keep or return them.
Items that are marked, for example by make-up or deodorant, are covered in pet hair or smell of cigarettes or perfume will not be accepted. In that case, the items will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Free Returns on full price orders are available in the UK only via the Royal Mail Postal Service. Sale item orders will not be eligible for free returns.
In order for us to process your refund please ensure you enclose valid identification with the unwashed/unworn garment(s) within 14 days only of your order date and retain proof of return. If this is not made available, we may not be able to honour your refund. Except if exercising your right to cancel, shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable when you use our easy returns by mail. For overseas customers cost of postage is their responsibility and we request you keep a receipt for PROOF OF POSTAGE. If this is not made available, we may not be able to honour your refund.
